UST to hire 1000 employees within two years for Hyderabad center

Today, USTa leading digital transformation solutions company, announced the expansion of their workforce in their center at Hyderabad, Telangana, to over a thousand associates.

The firm aims to double the number of employees and add thousand more associates in Hyderabad by the end of 2023.

UST’s Hyderabad center in Telangana was established in 2018 with a team of 250 employees, spreading across an area of 35,000 sq. ft and 400 seats.

Ever since the pandemic-induced restrictions in 2020, the company has hired more than 500 employees through the virtual hiring process, with all of them working remotely.

The company will continue the onboarding process rapidly and also expand the facility once the ongoing situation eases and employees can start working in the office. Over the next 12-18 months, the center at Hyderabad will continue to add employees for various roles focusing on products and services for retail, healthcare, and manufacturing customers.

This year, the company plans to hire professionals that include full-stack developers, automation engineers, and many more.
