Along with improving its IT application development services, TechMahindra will help incorporate global best practices in its IT operations, including the application, infrastructure, and security services. This will allow Ooredoo to offer more values and lifestyle services to its customers.
Dr Ahmed Abdullah Al Abri, the Chief Technology and Information Officer at Ooredoo, said that their agreement with TechMahindra is a part of their digital transformation strategy to make their IT operations completely digital and smarter. TechMahindra will hire and train local Omanis to empower fresh graduates under the multi-year programme.
