To accelerate the digital transformation process for its customers, Tech Mahindra has announced its ServiceNow Business Unit launch. The partnership will enable Tech Mahindra and ServiceNow to collaborate on building scale and creating value for their joint clients through rapid prototyping and development of the next generation low code, no code apps across 5G, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) IoT (Internet of things), and Customer Experience. The collaboration will identify industry-specific opportunities and develop industry solutions for key verticals, including Media & Entertainment, Telecommunication, and Energy & Utility, to expedite cross-industry adoption. A few of the ServiceNow store solutions are Integrated Platform, Well Plug & Abandonment Management, and Digital MarketPlace.
Integrated Platform aids telecom providers in transforming their customer experience by integrating legacy systems and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning so that customer support cases can be directed to suitable agents at the right time.
Well Plug & Abandonment Management helps energy and utilities customers simplify the end-of-life process for oil-wells while keeping projects on schedule and meeting compliance goals.
Digital MarketPlace improves the customer experience with an OTT (Over the Top) layer. The OTT offers marketplaces that enable the customer to manage their customer journey entirely.
