Recently, the research firm, Everage released its list of top 50 Business Processes Management firms 2020, according to which TCS and Genpact are among the top 10 BPM firms in the world in terms of revenue. As per the rankings assigned by the firm, some of the top BPM providers in the world include ADP, Accenture, Arvato, Teleperformance, Concentrix.
ADP has managed to top the list with recorded revenue of $9.9 billion. At the second stop, it is Teleperformance with a revenue of $6.6 billion in 2020. While with a revenue of $6.5 billion, Accenture secured the third position in the list.
According to the Everest Group Report, the two other members among the top 10 BPM firms 2020 are TCS and Genpact. On one hand, where Genpact is ahead of TCS with an estimated recorder revenue of $3.1 billion, while, the revenue of TCS lies between $2.7 billion and $2.8 billion.
With a recorded growth of 16-18%, the Business Processes Management venture of Infosys becomes the seventh fastest-growing firm. The revenue of Infosys BPM ranges from $1 billion to $1.2 billion.
The report also mentioned that it is Canada-based Telus, which is sharing the spot of the fastest-growing firm with the Paris-based Sopra Steria. Some of the other top contenders in the list were UK-based, Willis Towers Watson, France-based Webhelp Group, and the US-based TTEC.
According to a report of NASSCOM, in the Financial Year 2020- 2021, the BPM industry in Indian has reached $38 billion a recorded growth of 2.3%. Instead of providing pure services, the BPM industry has started offering services in the form of platform solutions, automation-led services, analytics, and RPA to discover new streams to generate revenue.
According to Everest Group’s Rajesh Ranjan, BPS providers need to align their operating models to the new paradigm to grow faster than the other.
The report also mentioned that there are over 250 BPS providers in the world, with a $50 million-plus revenue.
