Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. has announced that the company has signed an agreement to acquire Pune-based Cuelogic Technologies, a digital engineering and outsource product development firm.
Cuelogic is founded in 2010, and has built capabilities in digital engineering, focuses on developing cloud-native web and mobile applications, modernization, and runs an innovation lab as a service for its clients in the US and India.
Digital Engineering is a vital market opportunity; the acquisition of Cuelogic will provide instant access to a fast-growing business to LTI with an impressive client roster. Cuelogic’s more than 300 employees will be added to LTI.
Cuelogic works with enterprise customers on multiple facets of digitalization such as UX Consulting, DevOps, AI Consulting, Internet o Things, Applications Modernization, Cloud Architecture & Integration.
The LTI issued a statement, “With over 100 products successfully developed, Cuelogic helps global enterprises build and grow modern digital businesses.”

Cuelogic is the seventh acquisition of LTI since 2016, the year of its inception. In 2019, the company acquired Powerupcloud Technologies, Lymbyc, NIELSEN+PARTNER of Hamburg (Germany), and Ruletronics.
