JP Morgan announced on Monday that it is launching its new campus in Hyderabad as part of its commitment to invest in employees and infrastructure to provide high-performance, technology-focused work environments for its employees.
JP Morgan Chase has one of its global key campuses located in Salarpuria Sattva Knowledge City, Hitec City. It is the largest in the Asia Pacific region and will consolidate the company’s presence in Hyderabad for employees across technology, operations, risk, and support services.
Daniel Wilkening, CAO, Commercial Banking and Head of Global Services, JP Morgan Chase, said, in a statement, “Hyderabad is a significant financial and technology hub for the company and an integral part of the growth in India. He added that its design and construction are made according to employees’ needs, and the future workplace environment is also considered while building it.
The JP Morgan’s Hydebarad campus has been built to create a healthier and safer workplace. It includes:
- Active wellness zones.
- A true relaxation and reflection space.
- A creche as well as a fully equipped medical center.
Collaboration spaces at the Hyderabad campus are focused on fostering creativity. The sharing of ideas includes an innovation lab, a tech bar, training and conference center facilities, open work cafes on every work floor, and a library.
