IT firm Mindtree finally got new CFO

IT firm Mindtree has appointed former KPIT executive Vinit Teredesai as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Last year when Pradip Menon quit as CFO in November 2019, Senthil Kumar was appointed interim CFO. Since then, Mindtree was actively searching for CFO.

The appointment of new Mindtree CFO Vinit Teredesai is effective immediately, and he will be based in Bengaluru, He had served as the CFO and CIO of KPIT Technologies Ltd.

He is a seasoned leader and brings 25 years of experience in Finance, accounting, and an expert in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

  • Vinit Teredesai comes from a robust and diverse background. He has done exemplary works in finance and Audit background along with the Information Technology domain, which will be an asset for the Mindtree group after COVID-19 situation in IT Industry.
