HCL Technologies announced to organise a virtual mega recruitment drive in Nagpur on August 29 and 30 to offer over 800 job opportunities for experienced professionals at HCL Technologies campus in MIHAN, Nagpur.
Interested candidates have to apply online for this HCL recruitment drive. HCL recruitment team will screen the received profiles, and shortlisted candidates would be provided details of the virtual recruitment session that will be organised on August 29 and 30,
HCL also invited those from Nagpur and working elsewhere to return to their hometown to continue their careers with HCL Technologies.
The majority of these jobs are IT infrastructure services, application services, engineering, research services, and digital process outsourcing positions. People with 3-15 years of experience are eligible to apply for this.
According to HCL Technologies Corporate Vice President Sanjay Gupta, “Nagpur has always been a strategic development center for HCL Technologies. After an overwhelming response last year, HCL is again conducting Mega Recruitment Drive in Nagpur to bring in global career opportunities for the region’s experienced IT professionals.”
He confirmed that in the current situation, keeping in mind the candidates’ safety and well-being, the company has chosen a virtual platform for conducting this drive.
While many small and large IT companies in India continue to layoff amid Covid-19, the hiring moment is slowing starting in India for the IT sector. Last month Pune based IT company Persistent invited all Ex-employees for open positions.
HCL Tech announced that it would give salary hike to IT employees; however, continue to recruit freshers and experienced hire throughout the year.
Post-COVID-19 popularity of Tier2 cities has gone up significantly for Indian IT Sector. Software Engineers and IT professionals are working from home. Though Work-From-Home is the new norm, many IT companies have plans to invest more in Tier2 and Tier3 cities. HCL Nagpur virtual recruitment drive may be the best example in recent months.
